What we collect
- Your phone number, and the texts you send us and we send you.
- What you tell us about your case: the company, the amount, and any documents or photos you send.
- If you connect Gmail: access to your Gmail account. We use it to read the emails about your case and to send emails to the company for you, from your own address.
- If you use our email address instead: the emails we send for you, with you copied, and the companies’ replies.
- Payment details: Stripe takes your card. We never see or keep your full card number; we keep your plan’s status and Stripe’s customer number.
- On our website: your browser type, your IP address and, if you came from an ad, the ad’s click code (see “Ads and cookies” below).
How we use it
- To do the work you ask for: contact companies, follow up, and tell you by text where things stand.
- To run your free trial and your subscription.
- To keep the service safe and to find and fix mistakes.
- To see which of our ads work (see “Ads and cookies”).
We do not sell your personal information.
Your Gmail
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We read only what we need for your cases. We never use your Gmail data for ads, and no person reads it unless you ask us to, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
You can disconnect Gmail at any time in your Google account’s settings (Security, then Your connections to third-party apps and services).
Who helps us
These companies run parts of our service for us and may only use your data to do that: Cloudflare (our website), Sendblue (texts), Fly.io (the computer your agent runs on), Anthropic (the AI model that writes the agent’s messages), inbox.dog (the Gmail connection), Stripe (payments) and Braintrust (a record of what the AI did, so we can fix mistakes). The ad companies are in the next part.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you use our service and as long as we need it for your cases, your subscription and the law. Ad click codes are kept for up to 90 days. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or get a copy of your information, and object to how we use it: write to hbkdistribution@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days.
In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you have these rights under data protection law (GDPR), and you can complain to your data protection authority.
In California and other US states with privacy laws you can also ask what we collected and opt out of “sharing” for ads, with Cookie settings or a Global Privacy Control signal. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Keeping it safe
We use encryption and limited access to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.
Children, changes and contact
Our service is for adults (18 and over).
Our service providers may handle your information outside your country, with the protections the law requires.
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top, and tell you by text about a big change.
