How it works
Text us what happened. The rest is on us.
- Text us your numberOne tap opens Messages with your first text ready. Send it, and connect your email with one more tap.
- We find every subscriptionWe look through your email for every recurring charge, the ones you forgot included, and text you the list: what each costs a month and what it cost you over the last year. Free.
- We cancel, and ask for your money backYou pick the ones you don't want. We cancel each one and ask the company for a refund, in writing, from your inbox. Every offer comes to you first.
Why a tracker isn’t enough
A tracker shows you the charge. Then you still have to cancel it, and “cancel” means a chat bot, a retention offer and a phone call, per service.
- We cancel it. In writing, from your inbox, and we keep the thread until it’s confirmed.
- Refunds exist. Unused months, a renewal you didn’t notice, a trial that rolled over: companies refund these when asked properly. Most people never ask. We do.
- Found in your email, not your bank. Receipts say what the charge is, when it renews and what it cost last year. No bank login, no app.
- You decide everything. Nothing is cancelled you didn’t pick, and every offer comes to you first.
- A monthly check, if you want one. We re-audit every month and text you before renewals.
What a subscription tracker should do
The list is the easy part. Here is what the whole job looks like, and why email beats a bank connection for it.
- Find every one, including the ones you forgot. Annual charges from months ago, free trials that rolled over, services billed under a parent company's name. Receipts name them; bank lines often don't.
- Show the real cost. Per month and over the last year, biggest first. A “cheap” €9.99 that renewed for three years is €360.
- Warn you before a renewal, not after. The day to cancel is before the charge. With the monthly check we text you ahead of it.
- Cancel it, properly. In writing, past the retention offer, until it's confirmed.
- Ask for the money back. The step no tracker does. Unused months and unnoticed renewals are refundable more often than people think.
No bank login: the audit reads your receipts, which you already have, and connects with one tap by text. No app: the whole thing is a text thread.

Questions about subscription trackers
What is the best subscription tracker?
The one that ends with fewer subscriptions, not a prettier list. Apps that connect to your bank are good at the list and leave the cancelling to you. We do the list from your email, then the cancelling and the refunds, and we text you before the next renewal.
Is this an app?
No. It's a text thread. You text us once, connect your Gmail with one tap, and the audit, the cancellations and the refunds all happen in that thread. Nothing to install.
Do you need my bank login?
No. We never see your bank. The audit reads the receipts in your email, which say more than a statement does: the name of the service, the plan, when it renews, what it cost over the year. You connect your Gmail with one tap by text, and you can disconnect it any time.
Will it warn me before a renewal?
Yes, if you turn the monthly check on after the first audit: we look again each month and text you before the charges you're keeping renew, and the moment a new one shows up.
Can it cancel a gym membership?
Yes. Gyms are the classic case: a contract, a notice period, a letter they insist on. We write it from your inbox, follow the terms, and keep the thread until they confirm.
Can you actually get refunds on subscriptions?
Often, yes. A renewal you didn't notice, months you didn't use, a free trial that rolled over, a price that went up without notice: companies refund these when asked in writing with the facts. Not always the whole amount, and every offer comes to you before anything is accepted.
What does it cost?
The audit is free: you get the full list with what each one costs. The work itself is one subscription for everything we do: the first 3 days free, then $20 a month or $100 a year. Your trial starts only when you say yes to our plan.
